If the applicant is dissatisfied with the award determination in the final decision under §§ 21.52-21.55, the applicant may seek judicial review of that determination under 5 U.S.C. 504(c)(2) within 30 days after that determination was made. (Authority: 5 U.S.C. 504(c)(2))
